- Delivery terms and conditions
Deliveries are made exclusively in metropolitan France. The delivery address is provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors in referral.

The Customer is liable for shipping costs depending on the delivery address.
The Company does not assume liability for boxes damaged due to postal incidences.
All sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
Should you receive the product and it is damaged please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours and we will assist in replacing the products.
The original Gift Box must be returned to the Company.
The Customer will be refunded the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs paid by him when placing the order, with the exception, where applicable, of any additional costs resulting from the fact that he would have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the proposed standard least-cost delivery method) within 14 days of receipt of the return (or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of its products, whichever is the earlier), using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer when validating its order, unless the Customer agrees.

- Liability – legal warranty
